Logan and Kirstin are the sweetest and most fun couple you’ve ever been around. Their joyful personalities are truly contagious – I’d hate to see anyone be in a bad mood around them! They met back in college and got engaged in November 2021.

Less than a year later, the wedding day was held at the GORGEOUS Phillip’s Grove in Radcliff, Kentucky. This new venue featured the most amazing natural light, white walls, and luxurious amenities making it a picture-perfect place to hold the big day! Being the end of October, the weather was cool, the sun made an appearance, and the trees were a vibrant orange. The color palette included a mix of rust, terracotta, plum, maroon, navy, and all things fall; In Kirstin’s words, “fancy boho with a sprinkle of romance!” Their favorite date included going to a concert where they danced as though they were the only couple on the floor – I believe it now has to be a close runner-up to their sweet First Dance!

This wedding was not just a celebration of Logan and Kirstin’s love but it was also a celebration of life. In the midst of wedding planning, Logan found himself fighting a health battle that nobody could have seen coming. Before this event happened, Logan had told me one reason he loves Kirstin is “the undoubtable love she has towards me and the peace of her sticking it out with me, thick or thin.” After a long road of hospital stays and procedures, Kirstin never left Logan’s side. Their unwavering love was made stronger and their sites were set on God’s faithful promises as they continued planning the wedding of their dreams. The wedding was an answered prayer they shared with the most important people in their lives! It was a true honor to photograph Mr. and Mrs. Parsons. Enjoy some of my favorite images from their wedding day!
